7/15-7/23 training employees does not count towards tat

My current turn around time for is 14-20 business days (business days are Monday -Friday holidays are non business days please be advised )

2/22-2/26 are not part of processing due to traveling to Texas to take supplies due to their snowstorm

3/8-3/19are not part of processing due to having surgery and allowing myself days for recovery

5/12-5/16 are not part of processing due to personal time off .

6/21-6/30 are not part of processing due to personal time off .

If you need an item sooner purchase our rush fee which will ensure your order ships within a 24 hours!

Please note that once shipped it’s up to usps on how fast they get the items to you. They are operating at a slower rate than usual please be advised

Issues with orders

Each item is made to order and means I don’t accept cancellations or refunds.

Any mistakes or issues I must be contacted within 3 business days of delivery

if an item is returned for a wrong address, insufficient address, return to sender etc. the buyer will be responsible for paying the reship fee if $4.01. No refunds will be issued.

please keep in mind all items are unisex sizing and when ordering bleach items each item will vary with the bleach pattern but also the colors thrown will vary from yellow, tan, orange, pink, white, and grey . All will be relatively the same but it’s possible the colors can vary due to oxygen, sunlight and fabric. Please be advised.

All sublimation images are 8.5xll inches please note this for sizing

Tie dye will also vary because each item is hand dyed so no two shirts will be exact but I do try to get them close!
